At the end of our project, we were given the possibility to evaluate each of our group members as we could be able to understand how they work. The 360° departement collected the data and analysed it in a very professional way. I was pleased with the analysis that was made about me. I still have to improve my self-confidence to be able to do a better work within an organization. I selected here the 2 schemas from my analysis that I think are the more relevant.
